1. Our Services

Hairdo Hub by Mel provides professional hairdressing services, including hair cutting, colouring, treatments, perming, rebonding and extensions, at F-049, Sungei Wang Plaza, Jln Sultan Ismail, 55100 Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. Service availability, descriptions and pricing may change without prior notice.

2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be made through our online booking system, by WhatsApp, by phone, or in person. A booking is confirmed once we acknowledge it. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling so that we can continue serving other clients.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible so the slot can be offered to another client. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may, at our discretion, require a deposit for future bookings.

4. Pricing & Payment

Final pricing depends on factors such as hair length, thickness, condition and the products used, and will be confirmed during your consultation. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5. Consultations, Results & Your Responsibilities

We will always advise you honestly on what is achievable for your hair. However, results can vary depending on your hair’s starting condition and history, and we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. To help us serve you safely, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your hair history and any previous treatments;
• Inform us of any allergies, sensitivities or scalp conditions before your service, and agree to a patch/strand test where recommended;
• Follow the aftercare advice provided to maintain your results.

6. Refunds & Redos

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your service, please let us know within a reasonable time so we can assess and, where appropriate, arrange an adjustment. Services rendered are generally non-refundable, but we will always try to make things right.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Hairdo Hub by Mel name, logo, text, images and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.

8. Photography

We may take before/after photos of your hair for our records and, with your consent, for our portfolio or social media. You may decline at any time.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

This website may link to or embed third-party services (such as our online booking provider, WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hairdo Hub by Mel shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
