Melcoln Lau
Founder & Master Stylist
Born in Kuching and captivated by salon craft from the age of 18, Melcoln has spent two decades turning hairdressing into an art. He founded his first salon at 23, then spent eight years at one of Kuala Lumpur's leading salons — rising from stylist to assistant manager and sharpening both his eye for design and his business sense.
Today he leads Hairdo Hub by Mel, pairing the latest Korean-inspired techniques with a meticulous, face-shape-first approach so every client leaves with a look that is wearable, healthy and confidence-boosting.
